Weekend Wind-Down - Candle-lit Yoga (All levels)

A slow and gentle yoga practice to relax you down, physically and mentally, ready for the weekend. Do as much or as little as you fancy. Set to music and lit with candles, this is an hour of self-love, feel-good vibes and the perfect wind-down after a long week. Suitable for all levels including beginners. Not suitable during pregnancy.
