Restore body & mind with relaxing Yin Yoga, breath-work and guided meditation to melt your day away. Ready to sleep better, and wake up feeling refreshed for the new day ahead. Long-held Yin postures combined with Pranayama (breath-work) and meditation, helps to harmonise your nervous system as well as improve flexibility. You'll leave the class feeling floaty, at ease in your body and more connected to your Self and those around you. Suitable for all levels including beginners. Not suitable during pregnancy.
