Hot Yoga (Level 2)

Get ready for some Hot Yoga with dynamic flowing sequences. Drink lots of water a few hours before class, and avoid eating anything heavy. Bring a towel as well as a water bottle and a mat. Prepare to sweat! Not suitable for complete beginners, under 18's or during pregnancy. If you have any health issues check with your doctor before starting Hot Yoga.
