Get ready for Hot Yoga! This is a Flow class to strengthen and sculpt the body, and calm the mind. Drink lots of water a few hours before class, and avoid eating anything heavy. Bring a towel, a bottle for water as well as a mat, prepare to smile and sweat! Suitable for all levels, but take it at your own pace if you're a complete beginner.
