Beginners & Beyond Yoga (All levels)

August 9 @ 10:15 am - 11:15 am

This class covers all the yoga basics including breathing, alignment, some of the key asanas (postures) and their Sanskrit names, inner focus and gaze points. 

With some flowing sequences, this is an energising class to work the body and calm the mind. 

Suitable for all levels but do take it at your own pace if you're new to yoga. Not suitable during pregnancy.
