A gin made in collaboration with the fantastic Rachel from Staffordshire distillery.
Jamie often uses fig leaves in his recipes so transferred the idea to a gin. Rachel makes her gin with vapour distillation, often seen as a premium way to distil. With this in mind, Rachel and Jamie decided on a gin that, although is clearly a London dry juniper forward drink, has subtle creaminess from the hint of coconut and green walnut from the fig leaves. This is a small batch premium distilled – only 120 bottles are available.
