Our Bulls in the City sculptures were each designed and painted by incredible, talented UK based artists! Read on to discover more about them and where you can find more of their work.
Rebecca is the artist behind the Flora and Fauna sculpture that you can find on the high street!
Rebecca’s design is a vibrant celebration of traditional folk art, inspired by the natural beauty of the English countryside. The intricate patterns feature lush floral motifs, including sunflowers, daisies, and tulips, interwoven with symbolic doves, creating a harmonious and uplifting composition.
The design is brought to life with a modern colour palette of soft pastels and bold earthy tones, blending nostalgia with contemporary aesthetics. This artwork seamlessly merges heritage-inspired details with a fresh, stylish twist, making it both timeless and innovative.

Marnie is the artist behind the Let’s Get Ready to BrumBull sculpture, which you can find next to Waitrose on the high street!
Marnie Maurri, an Artist & Illustrator living in Worcestershire, specialises in highly detailed illustrations, each one telling a story (or two!).
A Theatre Design post-graduate of The Slade School of Art, she is more than comfortable flitting between scales, from model making to scene painting, she now works from her home-studio, dividing her time between painting bespoke private residential commissions, creating pieces for her online store and illustration portfolio, illustrating the occasional children's book, and painting giant animal sculptures for trails around the country.
For 'Let's Get Ready To BrumBull', Marnie was very much inspired by Superhero/wrestler characters - strong, tenacious, and always really brightly coloured - to reflect the resilience of the city and people of Birmingham!
Frankie is the artist behind the Billy the Doodle Bull sculpture, that you can find in Reloved Brum on the high street!
Frankie Curtis aka curtiscreationz is a doodle artist with an overactive imagination. Inspired from a childhood of watching cartoons she has since developed a distinctive and fun style bursting with characters with a sprinkle of humour.
Billy the Doodle Bull is a colourful explosion in Frankie’s signature style, with lots to see you will take in more each time you look at him. There are a few brummy tributes sprinkled throughout!

Chloe is the artist behind the Ozzy Osbourne inspired Bull on the high street. Birmingham's reputation as the cradle of heavy metal and its association with Ozzy Osbourne, a city legend, served as the inspiration for Chloe’s Bulls in the City design!
“I wanted to be involved in a project which allowed me to grow as an artist and explore the community, especially as it is in an area such as Birmingham, which champions working class artists. Being a fundraising event allows me to come up with creative ways to get the public to interact with my work, as well as it being a great way of involving the public in taking part in charity.
I'm elated at the idea that I will be supporting a good cause and raising funds for Birmingham Hospice. And presenting an Ozzy themed statue in the heart of Birmingham and in the month in which he will be back for his farewell fest is the cherry on top!”
