1. Promoter:
   The promoter of this competition is Harborne Village BID Ltd, in association with participating businesses.
2. Eligibility:
   This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Harborne Village BID Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must have downloaded and registered on the Harborne Hub app.
4. Prize:
   The prize consists of:
   • 2x £50 Voucher, 1x £100 & 1x £200 vouchers to be spent at the participating Harborne businesses.
5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
6. Prize Conditions:
   • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
   • The prize is valid throughout the given winning month.
   • The prize is only valid at the given restaurant participating.
   • The participating restaurant will set their own conditions for how the prize may be redeemed. 
7. Winner Selection:
   1 winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email after the trail ends on Sunday 16th September.
8. Claiming the Prize:
   The winner must respond to the email within five (5) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
9. General:
   Harborne Village BID Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice. The decision of Harborne Village BID Ltd regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
