Harborne Night Market Gift Voucher Competition - Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter:
    The promoter of this competition is Harborne Village BID Ltd, in association with participating market stalls.
  2. Eligibility:
    This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Harborne Village BID Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter:
    To enter, participants must have liked the competition post on social media and make sure they are following Harborne Village and The Harborne Market social accounts.
  4. Prize:
    The prize consists of:
    • A £25 voucher to be spent at ONE Night Market Stall.
  5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  6. Prize Conditions:
    • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
  7. Winner Selection:
    4 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified after the competition has closed on Wednesday 17th December.
  8. Claiming the Prize:
    The winner must respond to the email within five (5) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
  9. General:
    Harborne Village BID Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice. The decision of Harborne Village BID Ltd regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Data Protection:
    By entering this competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data by Harborne Village for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing purposes.
