An opportunity to connect, reflect, release and send your future self a little envelope packed full of love 💌
By the end of the session, your letter will be written, signed and sealed (for your eyes only!) ready to be delivered via post at a mystery future date 👀
All letter-writing materials will be provided, including stamps, a Letters to Self workbook and some secret surprises to make your letter writing/receiving experience extra special ✨
