The practice was started in around 1919 over a century ago by Harry Roper-Hall who was involved during his career with advising the government on the inclusion of dentistry into the NHS in 1948. The practice however chose to operate as a private practice for its entire history during which time it has looked after generations of patients as dentistry was moved to its current modern high skill era.
Our philosophy has always been to work with patients in a team approach to prevent problems and help people stay healthy.
We believe that most dental disease is preventable however where and when treatment is required it is provided in a caring and effective way.
