Join our course and learn all about HMRC rules and regulations, keeping records, how figures are calculated on a Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, and what those reports tell you about your business’s strengths and weaknesses. You’ll also learn the difference between cash and profit, how to keep it healthy, and how to prepare and manage a budget.
The course consists of four 2 hour sessions held on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. The cost is £30 + VAT per session.
This third session will take place on Wednesday 27 August 2025 and looks at the difference between cash and profit. You will have a go at setting up a cashflow forecast and learn which transactions affect the cashflow calculations. We will also give advice on credit control procedures to ensure your clients pay for your services and products on time.
By completing all four sessions, you’ll achieve a Certificate of Continuing Professional Development with 7 CPD points awarded by the CPD Certification Service. Great for your CV or CPD record.
