World Mental Health Day is a global day for mental health education, awareness and advocacy against the social stigma. Thursday 10th of October is a day for celebrating the global community that this campaign (started in 1992) has created. By raising awareness of this campaign we help to create a unifying voice that supports people to feel hopeful, empowered and to take action to create a lasting change.
