We have been on your high street for over 40 years, part of the Harborne community.

We are friendly, experienced and qualified team of estate and lettings agents that will spend time with you to find out exactly what you’re looking for in a sale or a purchase.

We do property personally is our strapline. With years of experience behind us, the sales team of Ben, Leigh, Sue, Rebecca and Michele, and lettings team of Dean and Tracey really get to know our customers, as we know it’s people that sell houses. People that know your neighbourhood better than anyone else.

In March 2018, Ben Watson and Stuart Mosley took over the reins of Hadleigh, breathing new life into the company. One year on, we have added lettings to the Hadleigh portfolio, have rebranded the business, are the only estate agent in Harborne to be recommended by the Guild of Property Professionals and currently have more houses on our books than two years ago.

What do you love most about Harborne?

As one of the oldest businesses on the high street – we’ve occupied the same location for over forty years – so we must love it!   We are blessed with a good diversity of properties, from Victorian terraces, interwar semis and detached houses. And this attracts an excellent mix of people, from judges, student nurses and doctors and brain surgeons from world-renowned University Hospital Birmingham to local sportspeople and to families looking for excellent schools.

Tell us something people don’t know about you.

Before Hadleigh moved in, the building was formerly occupied by C.C. Harper Ltd – a traditional dispensing chemist complete with sweets in glass jars. We discovered when we were recently restoring our shop front.

What one thing couldn’t you live without?

Without stating the obvious, people with houses to sell! Seriously, our loyal customers use us again and again, we have sold houses for multiple generations of families from Harborne.
