About the Company
Barefoot’s Harborne studio is on the busy corner of Harborne High Street and Nursery Road, right opposite the Green Man. Step inside and you’re immediately transported some place else; a place to find your Zen, somewhere to relax your mind, strengthen your body, escape the kids, work, all the STUFF, and generally switch off.
Barefoot doesn’t take itself too seriously as a yoga studio, you won’t find loads of Budddhas or meaningful mantras on the walls or show-off yogis perfecting their headstands. No this is a place for regular folk to get healthy, happy and more connected.
What to expect? A gorgeous light-filled studio with 45 mats, therapy rooms (home to Harborne Physio and Think Psychology), quirky interiors, and the smiley go-the-extra-mile service Barefoot’s renowned for. Changing rooms with showers, a cosy area for tea & chat, and Brum’s finest yoga and Pilates teachers.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, seasoned yogi, young, old, bendy or stiff, there’s a class for you. Try the £30 for 30-day Welcome Intro Offer – unlimited yoga and Pilates classes. Open 7 days a week.
What do you love most about Harborne?
That’s an impossible question. So many things. Mainly I love the leafy streets and how it’s just so EASY with everything you need on your doorstep.
Amazing restaurants, friendly cafes and bars with people from all over the world, great schools, cool independent shops, and also that it’s just a fast 15 min walk from my house to UoB train station and the rest of the world. Oh and Home Bargains.
