It’s pretty evident when you walk into a Rudells showroom that they have mastered the formula for success. Tradition, steadfast values and unfaltering service, lead by a team of forward-thinking pioneers.
Since 1938 Justin Rudell opened his first showroom in Darlington Street, Wolverhampton. From that year on the company has grown from strength to strength and in 1986 his son Anthony Rudell opened the showroom in Harborne.
When you enter the Rudells showroom you immerse yourself in a world filled with the finest jewellery and leading watch brands. Rudells are also proud to offer an extensive after-sales service with Goldsmiths and Watchmaker on site. You will not be disappointed with the quality and service you receive from Jon Weston (Managing Director), Jason Spencer (Manager) and their exemplary team.
Why are you based in Harborne?
Anthony Rudell grew up in the area and had so many good friends and acquaintances here. It was the perfect opportunity when the premises became available to extend the business into Harborne. Harborne offers a great diverse range of businesses to attract shoppers to the area.
What makes your business unique?
I feel that our business is unique as we offer unquestionable service, something you can’t get everywhere! Our clients become great friends over the years. It is a very special business to be in when you are constantly involved in so many special moments and celebrations. Our clients know that we are always here to help no matter how small or large their need may be. We never judge and always welcome.
What is your hidden talent?
My hidden and most precious talent is to multi-task. Yes, this is something I can do quite well. Please don’t let my wife know!
There is so many day-to-day tasks involved in my role as Manager. It is a necessity.
